Not everyone's going to like me? Say what?

Yes, you heard me. Not everyone is going to like you. It won't matter how smart, pretty, kind, or generous you are, you're not going to be everyone's cup of tea.

And hey, I get it. You want people to like you. I mean, who doesn't? 

But here's the thing: It's okay! Yes, it's ok that not everyone likes you. For some people, you will be too much. For other people, you won't be enough. You can't be everything for everyone. And, honestly, trying to be will take a toll on you. It will wear on you mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. People-pleasing is a great way to end up hating yourself. So, stop it! I promise it's not worth it. 

Reminder, God doesn't make mistakes, so be exactly who He made you to be, regardless of anyone else's opinions.
