Shipping & Return Policy

FREE US Shipping: All U.S. orders over $100 or more ship for FREE with USPS or UPS (whichever is the better option)

Although most packages are shipped within 1-2 business days, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Also, make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

Shipping Time:

Standard Delivery - Transit time is 3-7 business days within the continental United States, not including holidays. Delivery time is not guaranteed. No insurance is included. 

Shipping Info:

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be re-shipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undelivered will be re-shipped at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply the order and tracking information for the customer to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.


You may exchange or return items within 14 days of the original purchase (in-store) or 14 days of the package being delivered (online orders). For online orders, you must email us at within 3 days of receiving your order, so that we may begin the return process. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (i.e. cash, credit card).  Merchandise must be in original condition, including the original packaging. All tags must be attached, and you must have the original receipt. For online orders, refunds will not be issued until items have been received and inspected.

Return shipping and handling is the customer's responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package. Jewelry, intimates, body care, SALE merchandise, and all special orders are FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned.

Kolstad & Co. reserves the right to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, smell like smoke or perfume, have deodorant stains or pet hair on them, or have had the tags removed or are received by us after the return period (30 days) will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact us as soon as possible.
